18th Annual Together We Will Conference

Please join us at the 18th Annual Together We Will Conference: Create Positive Early Learning Experiences for Young Children to be held on Thursday, April 7th at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Cromwell. The annual conference focuses on children ages birth to 5, especially those with developmental delays. It is a collaborative effort among the CT Accreditation Facilitation Project (AFP); CT Birth to Three System; CT Parent Advocacy Center (CPAC); CT Department of Children and Families (DCF); CT State Department of Education (CSDE); CT Department of Public Health (DPH); CT Department of Social Services (DSS); and the State Education Resources Center (SERC).
