Okay, 3 Nor'easters under our belts, oh and maybe, another snow event early next week ---- and then I came across this little gem on Accuweather -----

What's the difference between meteorological and astronomical spring?  WHAT!?!  According to this article ---- "The month of March often offers widely varying temperatures across the United States.  One day, it might be record-breaking warmth; the next, a storm or blizzard strikes.  Meteorologists consider this fluctuation a part of meteorological spring, which begins March 1.  WELL, to us in the Northeast we feel like this cardinal ----  Spring forward, 3 Nor'easters, more snow on the way, meteorological spring, astronomical spring ----- let's just have spring ---- opening day at Fenway Park is April 5th, opening day for the Yankee Stadium is April 2nd!
